Jeroen Achtien, the rising star in the Swiss gastronomic firmament, is coming to Jack's Brasserie to be our guest chef for one very special evening.

Last autumn, Mr. Achtien was acclaimed as the discovery of the year in German-speaking Switzerland by GaultMillau, who awarded him 16 points. Only 30 years old, this young Dutchman has already been the head chef at the Restaurant Sens in the Hotel Vitznauerhof and, since spring 2018, head chef at the restaurant Sens 1605 in the Waldhotel in Davos.

Wine accompaniment: CHF 90.-
Mr. Achtien’s creations testify to an impressive sensitivity to flavours and aromas, and the infinite ways they can be combined. In doing so, he pays particular attention to the seasonality and the regionality of the ingredients he chooses.
